What is Campaign Administrator?
Campaign Administrator is a centralized web-based application that provides a robust suite of tools, features and functionalities facilitating the launch of short code mobile campaigns. The application allows users to submit mobile campaigns to wireless carriers for provisioning and tracking the workflow progress and lifecycle of the campaign.
Wireless carriers are able to review and decide on campaigns submitted by aggregators and/or other parties, manage and monitor the campaign as it moves through each stage within the carrier’s organizational workflow from provisioning through campaign launch and eventually, campaign de-provisioning.
Who uses Campaign Administrator?
Wireless carriers, Aggregators and MVNOs are the primary users of Campaign Administrator. Neustar Campaign Administrator’s robust architecture also supports Neustar’s ability to customize the product offering to fit other players within the mobile industry such as Content Providers, Application Providers and other mobile business companies. How secure is Campaign Administrator?
Neustar Campaign Administrator software is hosted on geo-redundant servers. The Campaign Administrator servers are authenticated with Equifax Secure Certificate Authority; certificate key is 128 bit length. Activities and events to and from Neustar’s Campaign Administrator environment are all encrypted. The application uses the industry standard of SSLv3 protocol and uses 1024-bit RSA key for authentication. All campaign data is proprietary and not shared with other non-affiliated and non-approved organizations as well as users.
